Diapers are provided for children up to age 3. Pull-ups are provided for children up to age 4. We also provide incontinence products for older youth, adults, seniors and individuals with special needs. The mobile pantry currently visits 6 locations (Gurnee, Waukegan, Grayslake, Round Lake Park, Highwood, Kenosha) and is a drive-thru model, so people can remain in their cars. Families can visit 2 locations each month for diapers, but cannot visit 2 sites in the same week.There must be 7 days between visits. The distribution schedule for the year is listed above. Online registration (completion of the intake form below) 24 hours prior to your first visit and parent/guardian/child documentation is required. Please refer to the section below about requirements and other important program information, including registration forms in English and Spanish.Distribution dates, times, locations, and any service updates will be posted above. Individuals/families can also opt-in for text reminders for the mobile pantry distribution dates and other important program information by texting "DIAPERS" to 833-635-0634. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting in for text messages does not register you for the diaper program. We reserve the right to cancel any distribution date or close the mobile pantry early due to weather/other reasons.We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of diapers, period kits, and other supplies so that we can serve as many families as equitably as possible. GET HELP ON THE GO

Several times each month, our mobile pantry visits locations to distribute free disposable diapers, period supplies, and incontinence products to those who are struggling to afford them. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST VISIT TO A DISTRIBUTION DAY and must be completed using the form below.Identification and documentation for the parent/guardian and child(ren) is required. See the sections below for details.

Diapers are provided for children up to age 3. Pull-ups are provided for children up to age 4. At age 4, a child is no longer eligible for diapers unless they have an IEP and/or doctor's note stating special needs. We do not provide diapers to expectant mothers for unborn children.

Adult briefs and incontinence products are provided for seniors and disabled adults (65 years old and up). Individuals from 4 - 64 years old can receive products with a doctor's note/diagnosis.

ABOUT OUR MOBILE PANTRY

Our mobile pantry currently visits several locations each month, which are listed above along with the scheduled distribution dates. Diapers are only distributed on those dates and at those locations. Families can visit any locationonce a month for diapers.

Online registration (completion of the Diaper Pantry Form below) is required 24 hours prior to your first visit to our pantry. Identification and documentation is also required for the parent/guardian/child(ren). Please refer to the "What To Know Before You Go" section below about program requirements and other important information.

Individuals and families can opt-in for text message reminders for the mobile pantry distribution dates and other important program updates by texting "DIAPERS" to 833-635-0634. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opting in for text messages does not register you for the diaper program.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Registration

  • One-time registration required via this website 24 hours before your first visit (forms below)

  • Once you register, you will not be contacted by us. If your registration was submitted successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. It is your responsibility to check our distribution schedule and plan your visit each month.

Identification & Documentation​

  • Photo ID needed at EVERY visit (driver's license, state ID, military ID, passport, VISA)

  • Birth certificate for child(ren) needed at FIRST visit

  • Medicare/Medicaid card needed at FIRST visit for adults 65 years old and up

  • Doctor's note and/or IEP paperwork needed at FIRST visit for anyone with special needs

Program Policies​

  • We do not provide diapers to expectant mothers for unborn children.

  • Diapers are provided for children up to age 3.

  • Pull-ups are provided for children up to age 4.

  • At age 4, children age out of the program.

  • Exceptions will be made for children with special needs. DOCTOR'S NOTE AND/OR IEP PAPERWORK REQUIRED.

  • This program is for individuals/families that are NOT receiving diapers or period supplies from any of our 60+ community partners (or other sources). Distributions are tracked closely for anyone registered for our program. If we discover that you are receiving items from us and any other community source, we reserve the right to stop providing any and all service to you.

  • We reserve the the right to limit the quantity of high demand sizes (3, 4, 5, 6) at any time.

  • Families can only visit 1 of our mobile sites each month.

  • Our volunteers will not tolerate disrespectful behavior from anyone visiting our mobile pantry, and they are under no obligation to serve you. The policies outlined above will be enforced. Our program is designed to supplement what people are able to provide for themselves---not to be the sole source of support. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny service to anyone that wishes to dispute or ignore our polices.
